In the early nineteenth century, the Hudson Valley was the breadbasket of New York City and Genesee Valley was the center of wheat production in the Northeast. Farmer Ground Flour is resurrecting that legacy by cooperatively milling locally grown wheat using their traditional, micro-sized mills.
